Step 11 finally is move in day.
You know, I gotta tell you, move in day is a very happy day and a very stressful day because there’s usually lots going on.
What I recommend to a lot of people, especially if you’re coming, if you’re, if you’re a first time home buyer, then that’s fine.
You move in on the day that you take possession of the property. And, uh, you’re a happy camper.
If you are coming from another property, I highly recommend that you gap out the closing dates nd dao a little bridge loan, uh, because it makes moving day far less stressful because there’s lots going on.
You’re picking up keys. You’re trying to meet the timelines of mover. You’re trying to meet the timelines of other people that are helping you but congratulations, you have become a homeowner.
You’ll realize maybe not right away, but maybe five or 10 or even 20 years down the road. How becoming a homeowner was probably one of the best decisions you ever made in your life. Congratulations!
