Hey, so yesterday I was out previewing properties and I just wanted to show you something to keep an eye out for when you’re out looking at the property yourself.So just doing a preview on a house here. And when you look at a basement and you look at a corner of the bedroom, this is not a good thing. (See video) It looks like this basement’s had issues with water, and if I look in the closet here, it doesn’t look so bad here, but clearly, there has been an issue on this property.
